Funny you should write about this today. I spent a good part of the morning on hold with them. They 'got me' at an address I was having my mail sent to but wasn't living at (while I was between apartments). Apparently, they called my current landlady looking for me last week and she said that they would likely knock on the door to see if I had a tv.

welcome to living in Europe, where basic channels are paid for with a 'tv licencing fee' BBC does that as well so I pay about £120 or so per year for the privelege for having five 'free' channels. BTW, if we don't pay, we can get a fine of up to £1,000 or so (ouch). Also, this applies to streaming TV stuff via your computer!

satellite tv for pc

The best way to avoid such high costs of watching tv is to get satellite tv for pc witch is much cheaper and comes with more channels.
